AUXUS UNITE FOR THE CSIA 2022 AUSTRALIAN SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARDS

.With a passion for raising the customer experience, members of the Auxus team attended Australia’s leading customer service awards event, the Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA’S), hosted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia on Thursday 27th October 2022. 

Providing an amazing opportunity to hear stories of service innovation from some of Australia’s leading businesses the team were delighted to experience an evening of applause for award category winners. 

Recently nominated Customer Service Champions, Czarina Hipolito – Service Delivery Manager and Ayesha Mintern – Workplace Assistant were thrilled to attend the gala event in recognition of their contribution to providing exceptional customer service standards. Both have strong hospitality backgrounds and haver successfully transferred these skills to workplace environments, supporting the success of the company’s operations. The event was also attended by Adam Keast Head of Auxus, Simon Rubner – General Manager NSW/ACT, and Michelle Pecnik – National Engagement Manager.

This prestigious industry event is considered Australia’s premier customer service awards event, with attendees coming together each year to recognise best practices and innovation in customer service, highlighting their importance in a fast-paced business world. 

The award submission process involves a comprehensive written application with criteria based on the International Customer Service Standard (ICSS:2015-2020) across 27 specific measures.
