Auxus launches to redefine premium customer experience in Australian Office and Workplace Services Market

Auxus, Australia’s newest building services supplier is positioned to redefine the current office-workplace business services model with management of the full customer experience.

Auxus services the mix of customers within an office building or commercial environment. From those who own and operate the asset, to their tenants and their tenants’ guests and visitors.

Newly appointed Head of Auxus, Adam Keast has been charged with the responsibility of leading and building on a 95 strong team, which already services some 30 sites throughout Australia.

“Office environments accommodate a variety of users and each of those have varying service touchpoints and requirements. I am excited for the opportunity to build a service that delivers on all customer points of contact within the competitive commercial and government Office market”, said Adam.

Auxus has a focus on end-to-end management of and delivery within the customer journey – from parking, through to premium concierge service, and workplace services within the context of a working day.

At a glance, workplace services include reception, visitor management, meeting room coordination, technology support, hospitality and provision of general business services.

Auxus’ car park operation capability is a key differentiator within the Office services sector, with the ability to integrate a building’s car park into front desk operations and provide a seamless arrival and departure experience for tenants and visitors.

Said Adam: “Our goal at Auxus is simple – to be ambassadors of total customer care”.

With its origins in integrated property services, Glad Group and their 32 years of experience, Auxus’ pedigree is solid. Glad has performed strongly in Office having provided concierge and workplace services to government agency and commercial properties since 2017.

Chief Operating Officer, Christopher Errington said the establishment of Auxus as a stand-alone entity was the direct result of an appetite within the industry for a more holistic approach to building services.

“Auxus is focused on disrupting the traditional business services model and leads the way with an integrated premium concierge, workplace service and car parking offer”, said Christopher.

We are delighted to have appointed Adam Keast to lead the Auxus team.

Adam brings with him extensive insights, strategic planning capability and the experience required to build a new paradigm in the sector. This is born from both the years and relationships formed, within the workplace services industry”. Christopher said.
